This Foundation was established by the late Bettye Arnold Reed for the purpose of assisting capable, deserving, and hardworking students attending Floyd County institutions of higher learning who need financial assistance in completing their college education.  Foundation schoalrships are granted to qualified students for the purpose of attending an accredited college or university full time in the Floyd County Area

Scholarships Info

If you have a wish to help hard working students attend college in the Floyd County area we would love to speak to you about helping to facilitate your desire.  As a locally run foundation with a local focus we are committed to the Greater Rome area and her students.  We would love to speak with you regarding your interest in helping us to expand the number of students we can help each year.

Scholarship Application Packets are due by July 15, 2018 in order to be considered for our 2018/2019 Scholarships
